Quick Start Guide (2 minutes)
- Sign in (or create) your Kroger account.
- Go to Community Rewards and Enroll.
- Search for CORE by name, Council of Religious Ed. Inc, or NPO number, AQ218.
- Select CORE and click Save.
- To verify enrollment, you will see Council of Religious Ed. Inc, P.O Box, Sidney, OH 45365 on the right side of your account settings page.
- Shop as usual—eligible purchases are applied automatically, at no added cost to you.

Kroger Community Rewards is a giving program that makes fundraising simple. When you link your Kroger Shopper’s Card (or loyalty ID) to a local organization, Kroger donates based on the shopping you already do—without adding anything to your total.
This guide walks you through linking your Kroger account to CORE so your everyday purchases can help support our mission.
Before you start...
What you’ll need:
- A Kroger digital account (required to participate).
- Your Shopper’s Card / loyalty ID connected to that account.
Important note (so you don’t get stuck):
If you’re a Kroger customer, make sure you have a preferred store selected in your account—this can affect whether participating organizations show up when you search.
Step-by-step: Enroll CORE in Kroger Community Rewards
Step 1 — Sign in to (or create) your Kroger digital account
If you already use Kroger online features (like digital coupons or shopping lists), you may already have an account. If not, create your digital account first, then come back here.
Step 2 — Find the Community Rewards section
Inside your Kroger account, locate Community Rewards where you can choose the organization you want to support.
Step 3 — Search for CORE and select it
- Sign in to your Kroger digital account.
- Click Enroll to start your search for the organization.
- Enter the organization name (Council of Religious Ed. Inc) or NPO number (AQ218).
- Select the organization from the results and click Save.

- Organization name (as listed in Kroger): Council of Religious Ed. Inc
- NPO number: AQ218
Step 4 — Confirm you’re enrolled
After you click Save, the selected organization should appear in the Community Rewards section of your account. CORE will appear as Council of Religious Ed. Inc, P.O Box, Sidney, OH 45365. If you ever need to review or change it, you can revisit your account details.
What happens next...
Once your account is linked, purchases made with the Shopper’s Card tied to your Kroger account are applied moving forward—at no added cost to you. Kroger donates annually to participating organizations through the program.

“I can’t find CORE in the list.”
- Confirm you’ve selected a preferred store in your Kroger account.
- Try searching by NPO number (often faster and more exact than name).
- Double-check spelling—some organizations appear with a formal or slightly different listing name.
“Do I need to do this every time I shop?”
No. This is typically a one-time setup. After you select CORE and save, you just shop as usual.
“Does it change my rewards or cost me anything?”
No—your eligible purchases are applied to the program at no added cost.
“Can I change the organization later?”
Yes. You can return to your account details and update your Community Rewards selection if needed.
